West Hollywood May Ban Cosmetic Surgery for Pets

Hurray for Hollywood, I have always thought these surgeries are cruel and no I don't care how much you spent or wha tthe damn dog is supposed to look like. If god had wanted tail and ears cropped and claws pulled he would have made them that way.
