Okay, so surprise surprise, we didn't have to go to court. Attorneys came up with an agreement, on financial, to continue the current arrangement (better than the past five years for me), and have it written into temporary orders. And, it would appear that we are in better financial shape than I had thought, so that was a big relief to me (probably a big worry to Gare). I am a 'new, big bill' on his list. And it looks more possible to keep the house too...but it is still somewhat close. Time will tell. At least I am not destitute, that is a relief.
