Hey, Welcome Melisa, and Shirley! And thank you....all of you...for this blog..I am really loving it...even though I've been quiet....

Karaoke....I went last Tuesday and got lots of attention and approval...I sang four times...and drank two beers (small ones) and 1.5 shots of tequila (no salt or lime).... it was WONDERFUL...I sang..Michelle Branch with Santana (GREAT song, The Game of Love)...and Alanis Morissette- You Learn...and Dixie Chicks- Some Days You Gotta Dance (yah, I am versatile)....and some duet with a friend, but I didn't know it! LOL Okay, maybe a little bit tipsy... but NOT out of control...

If you all on yahoo ever want to hear me sing...I can do the mic thing...and I love to show off :-D

As for the men thing...being assholes etc....My theory is, that we ALL have our *shit* and it's a matter of whether our shit meshes with our partner's shit.... sometimes the mesh just doesn't work... I know I am not the easiest person to live with, particularly if you value tidiness, organization, or focus.... BUT....I have my good qualities and many men seem to admire/appreciate/reward them.... at this time...... so, I'm feeling pretty good. Of course... none of these men LIVE with me....but...for now...that is okay. I have really not ever been ON MY OWN for more than my college years and 3 months in an apartment, while I was dating Gary.... this is a good time for me to get my shit together. And Dona... I always said this would be my *only* marriage.... I intend to stick to that.......but...I have hopes of finding MY SPECIAL ASSHOLE....with all of your sentimental blogging (you too Brandy and Lydia).... Love to all..... Mushy Mishy
