Lobster Bisque in a Pumpkin Shell / Wine: George's DuBoef Cotes Du Rhone / Raspberry Sorbet

Pomegranate Glazed Duck Breast, White Truffle Wild Mushroom Risotto, Candied Squash / Wine: Gloria Ferrer Pinot Noir Carneros / Mango Sorbet

Mango-Goat Cheese Salad with Candied Walnuts & Walnut-Raspberry Dressing / Wine: Marquis de Cacares Dry Rose

Berry Good Creme Brulee (garnished with Pumpkin Seed Brittle) / Wine: Warre's Tawny Optima 10 Year Port
