Quick & Easy Ice Cream Cake The Kiddies Will Love

1 Box Ice Cream Sandwiches (was told I'd need 2, but 1 box of Blue Bunny 12 count was plenty, with 1 left over!)
Jar of Hot Fudge (I use the 16 oz. jar rather than the 12, as I LOVE hot fudge!)
Crushed Peanuts
Cool Whip (Was told 1 container, but I put extra on)

Line a 9"x13" cake pan with the sandwiches - this will entail some creative slicing of the last one or two to cover bottom of pan. Cover with fudge - sprinkle peanuts, cover with Cool Whip (again - was told 1 was enough, but I used 1-1/2 containers) and top with more peanuts. Stick back in freezer and slice it up to the kiddos delight!
