I am currently in the market for new friends. My old ones are perfectly fine, they just reside on,in and around other planets,states and states of being. They lack the physical ability to provide an actual more than spiritual presence and it's not that they don't want to, it's just that they just can't have coffee with me or hold me when I'm crying, bail me out of jail hold my hair back when I'm puking etc. etc. So I answered a craigslist ad, because I am just too lazy to wait for the next cosmic connection. I don't have the nuts required to actually place an ad, I would much rather be the nut that answers the ad.

Ok so I never actually mustered up the courage to do the craigslist thing.
I replied to an ad about two weeks ago. It didn't work out but at least I tried.
Oh do tell. I emailed someone and we mentioned meeting at the bookstore but in the end I just decided to wait for the next cosmic connection.I am a patient person, I tossed around the idea of recruiting an acquaintance but that hasn't happened either. It could be that I am a loner at heart and enjoy the distance or may be I am just not capable of whatever it takes to sustain a friendship.
